Son of the late Reverend Canon F.C. and Mrs. Cotes, much loved brother of John (deceased) and of Elizabeth. The Funeral Service is to be held at St. Andrew's Church, Westlands, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 3RE at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday, April 9th, 2015, followed by Private Cremation. Family flowers only.
